Speaking to Closer magazine, Kelly Osbourne revealed, ”I’ve got a new boyfriend.”The star is dating male model, Luke Worrell, 18. He’s got a lip piercing and has been on the cover of trendy mag Dazed & Confused.
A source close to the pair added, “Luke was chasing Kelly for a date. She was flattered. He’s a real gent and she’s very into him.”
