[I]n the face of damning evidence tying him to the slaying, Minor [said] Locker was going broke and hired Minor to snuff him. '[Minor] made statements to the effect that the victim wanted himself killed, actually that he was looking for someone to help him die to collect insurance money,' Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said."
