Fragrance firm Elizabeth Arden have been forced to deny claims that a body double was used.
A spokesperson said, "The only person in the national print ad for Britney's Believe Fragrance is Britney Spears".
A rep added that the photo was actually shot earlier this summer, reports Daily Mail.
A few months ago Britney shaved her head bald and went in and out of rehab.
