Can you remember the last time that the United Kingdom won the Eurovision Song Contest?
It was way back in 1997 [Katrina & The Waves]
With a disappointing position in last years contest and the unforgettable "nul points" courtesy of Jemini, the UK really needs a fantastic entry to do well this year.
Various acts will be taking to the stage, in the the hope that the people of Great Britain will vote for them to represent the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007.
The entry from the Big Brovaz [It's A Big Bro Thang] sounds amazing and has been receiving support from various radio and TV stations, who have been playing their song and video. The song boasts attitude, great beats, powerful rapping and beautiful singing; which are all combined together perfectly one one track.
Goss UK feels that Big Brovaz would do the United Kingdom proud if they make it to Helsinki.
Members: Cherise, J-Rock, Nadia and Randy Debut Single: Nu Flow
Achievements: They recorded "We Wanna Thank You (The Things You Do)" as the theme song for the soundtrack to Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
News: It was rumoured that the group had split after member Flawless [who is now no longer part of the group] smuggled drugs into the UK.
While the group was on a break another member [Dion] left. You might recognise Nadia & Cherise from BootyLuv who had a huge smash hit with the song 'Boogie 2 Nite'
Lately: The group are now back with their brand new single 'It's A Big Bro Thang' and their new album 'Re-Entry' will be released later this year.
Who do you want to represent the UK in Eurovision?
Big Brovaz are among those looking for your vote. Also Scooch will be making a comeback.
Former Darkness singer Justin Hawkins will be teaming up with soul singer Beverlei Brown Former East 17 singer Brian Harvey and ex Atomic Kitten babe Liz McClarnon are Eurovision hopefuls too. There is also a French singer called Cyndi, but I have been unsuccessful in finding any info on her.
We have to wait for the show to see what they all will bring to the table
