Rose McGowan was spotted in LA showing off a new diamond engagement ring from director Robert Rodriguez, according to NYP.

The former Charmed actress met Rodriguez on the set of 'Grindhouse' which McGowan starred in.

McGowan was previously engaged for two years to rocker Marilyn Manson.
