Nicole Scherzinger has admitted that she was shocked by the Pussycat Dolls' sexy stage outfits when she first joined the group.The popstar claimed that her religious background was what caused her to be embarrassed by the girl group's gear.
She is quoted as saying: "I come from a very religious, strict upbringing in Hawaii. My grandfather is a preacher.
"The first time I saw one of the stage outfits I had to wear for the Pussycat Dolls I screamed. But now I really love doing this."

Sharon Osbourne has recruited Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger for her X Factor team, according to a report.The 54-year-old is the only original judge who has not yet won the X Factor, and hopes that Nicole will help her to guide a contestant to victory.
As usual, Simon Cowell is being assisted by 80s pop star Sinitta, while Louis Walsh has decided to work with Westlife star Kian Egan again. New judge Dannii Minogue has called in music producer Terry Roland to join her team.
An insider told the Daily Star Sunday, "Getting Nicole on her team is a big boost for Sharon. Not only is she the lead singer in the most successful girl band around - but she is also extremely sexy. Sharon knows she can't compete with Dannii in the sex appeal stakes herself - so she has brought in someone who can."

Ne-Yo wrote some songs for Britney’s comeback, and he spoke to Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM 102.7 about what is going on:"I have no idea what's going on with Britney Spears. The last thing I heard is that Britney was mad at me over some songs that were supposed to go to her, but wound up going to Nicole Scherzinger (of Pussycat Dolls). "
"I was working with Britney Spears' people. I wrote 6 to 8 songs for Britney Spears. Then Britney goes ahead and shaves her head, goes into rehab and when that happened I lost all contact with her A&R people, with her label. I was calling them, they weren't answering my calls. So in the process of all that going on, that's when I met Nicole Scherzinger. I played her two songs, she loved them, they cut the check and she recorded the songs. So when that happened that's when Britney's people called and said ' why are you giving away Britney's songs' and I say 'uh, hold on..y'all didn't cut me a check.'"

Pussycat Doll And Laguna Beach Guy Are Over
Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger has dumped her boyfriend Talan Torriero.The singer, 29, said she is too focused on her career to continue her relationship with the 20-year-old, who stars in MTV reality show Laguna Beach.
The pair have been dating since Torriero split with ex-fiancee Kimberly Stewart last year.
Scherzinger is preparing for the release of her first solo album Her Name Is Nicole later this year and revealed that she has no time for romance.
She told German magazine Yam: "We're not together anymore. I'm totally focused on my career at the moment and I have to make sacrifices. I had to realise there's no time for love at the moment."

Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll, winner was nowhere to be seen as the Pussycat Dolls performed in Atlanta, Georgia last night.
According to TMZ, sources say that the winner isn't "the best match" for the group, but she "is absolutely a member ... and will tour with the group and record for the Dolls' second album."
There is more bad news for the winner as the reality TV show will be appearing for another season AND the PCD creator, Robin Antin, was spotted dancing with two other finalists.

Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll.The Pussycat Dolls are looking for a new member. The judges on the show are Robin Antin, who created the Dolls almost 12 years ago; Geffen Records executive Ron Fair; and rapper Lil' Kim.
"I was born a Pussycat Doll," says Lil Kim. "Everything the Pussycat Dolls are is everything that I've developed myself into being."
Show director McG says Lil' Kim's name came up when "we got to thinking about who embodies the idea of a Pussycat Doll as far as definitely comfortable in her own skin, owns it, not in the service of any man, doing it for her own reasons, powerful, sexy and sort of like a snapshot of the contemporary woman, being everything she can be."
Robin Antin, the show judge who founded the group says "when the Pussycat Dolls heard that Lil' Kim was going to be a part of this, every single one of our girls was just beside themselves with excitement."
Casting calls will take place in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago and Miami and other cities over the next month.
