No Emmys Appearance For Britney

A representative for Britney Spears has revealed that the singer will not be making an appearance at the Emmy Awards.

It was rumoured that Brit would be appearing at the Emmys to perfom or apologise for her terrible showing at the MTV VMAs.

But a spokeswoman for the 'Gimme More' singer said, "Britney Spears has no plans to appear on the Emmys this Sunday."

In other Britney news; I can’t say that I noticed but apparently Britney had abs sprayed on for her performance at the VMAs.

A source told UsWeekly, “She had an ab-defining spray tan preshow to create the illusion of more tone."

Britney Planning Emmys Apology?

According to Us, a source has revealed that Britney was "in negotiations" with Fox about turning up to the Emmy Awards this Sunday to apologise for her poor performance at the MTV Video Music Awards.

The source said, "The idea is to have her come on and apologize for the VMAs. She's weighing the offer."
